2001 to address a growing need among

We are a global software and product development company with engineering expertise to develop new products fast and economically. We blend our teams with the right mix of seasoned engineering professionals from the technology centers of California with the implementation expertise of SE Asia.


We established our first Development Center in Kuala Lumpur
(KL), Malaysia in 2002 and quickly grew from a team of 5 to the
50-man strong it is today. It did not take long for customers,
particularly startups, to recognize the value we bring to them.
With CEO, they can quickly scale their teams up or down to
match their needs.


In late 2007, our second Development Center opened in
Suzhou Industrial Park, China, approximately 90 minutes from
downtown Shanghai. We picked this destination both for its
strong infrastructure and its vast pool of highly-skilled
engineers. In addition to that, US companies are discovering
that having part of their development and support team in
China helps them penetrate the market.


Over time, we have expanded our services to include building
manual and automated QA teams, developing and operating
complex websites and portals and more
recently, offering US companies their
own branded China Development Center.
    With the branded Development Center,
US companies can invite their
Chinese customers to meet their
engineering team or have their engineers visit the customers'
offices for on-site integration
work.
